Euon Works Lab Inc. ("we", "us", "our") collects your email address (for sign-in); your name, if you choose to set one; the actions and habits you create, including any notes; reflections and journal entries; and push notification tokens if you enable reminders. When you send feedback, we also receive your message and basic device information (operating system, device model, OS version, and app version). If the app crashes, our crash-reporting provider automatically collects a crash report (crash details, device model, OS version, app version, and an anonymous installation identifier). This app is not intended for children under 13.
Your data is used to provide the app, send reminders you opt into, generate progress and reflection summaries, respond to your feedback, and diagnose and fix crashes. Your data is stored in Canada, with encryption in transit and at rest. Some data is also processed in the United States by our service providers. We do not sell your data or display advertisements.
Constancy is private until you invite someone to walk a practice with you. From then on, the two of you can see each other's name β the one you set in Profile β and the name of that shared practice; if you turn it on, each of you also gets a quiet note when the other marks it, at most once a day. That is everything they see. Your email address is never shown, and your journal, reflections, notes, and every other practice stay yours alone. Either of you can stop walking together at any time, and the sharing ends.
We rely on third-party providers for cloud hosting and authentication, push notification delivery, transactional email (such as verification codes and account-deletion confirmations), and crash reporting. These providers process your data only to provide these services. We do not use advertising services, and we do not use behavioral or tracking analytics to profile you or follow you across apps.
You may access, correct, or delete your data at any time, including deleting your account from within the app or at euonworks.com. You may opt out of push notifications and may request a copy of your data by contacting us. Deleting your account removes all your data from active use immediately. Encrypted point-in-time backups may retain a copy for up to 35 days as a disaster-recovery measure; we do not use backups to restore individual deleted accounts.
