We collect: your email address and name (for authentication), actions and habit data you create, journal entries, and push notification tokens if you enable reminders. This app is not intended for children under 13.
Your data is used to provide the app, send reminders you opt into, and generate progress summaries. Data is stored securely on servers in Canada with encryption in transit and at rest. We do not sell your data or display advertisements.
We use Amazon Web Services for data storage and authentication, and Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications. We do not use analytics tracking or advertising services.
You may access, correct, or delete your data at any time. You may opt out of push notifications and request data export. Deleting your account permanently removes all your data.
