Euon Works Lab Inc. ("we", "us", "our") collects: your email address and name (for sign-in); the actions and habits you create, including any notes; journal entries; daily reflections you record about how you're doing, including any optional written notes; and push notification tokens if you turn on reminders. When you send feedback, we also receive your message and basic device information (operating system, device model, OS version, and app version). This app is not intended for children under 13.
Your data is used to provide the app, send reminders you opt into, generate progress and reflection summaries, and respond to your feedback. Your data is stored in Canada, with encryption in transit and at rest. Some data is also processed in the United States by our service providers. We do not sell your data or display advertisements.
We rely on third-party providers for cloud hosting and authentication, push notification delivery, and transactional email (such as verification codes and account-deletion confirmations). These providers process your data only to provide these services. We do not use analytics tracking or advertising services.
You may access, correct, or delete your data at any time, including deleting your account from within the app or at euonworks.com. You may opt out of push notifications and may request a copy of your data by contacting us. Deleting your account removes all your data from active use immediately. Encrypted point-in-time backups may retain a copy for up to 35 days as a disaster-recovery measure; we do not use backups to restore individual deleted accounts.
