You own all content you create (journal entries, actions, notes). We only store and process your content to provide the app. App-provided materials (practices, scripture references) are for personal use only.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
